Frictional Tester for Fracturing Fluid Pipeline
Overview
The shear rate of the fluid flow in the simulated test pipeline is measured by measuring the fracturing fluid in the laboratory, and the experiment is carried out in the same way as the liquid flow in the pipeline during the construction to be used to simulate the flow state of liquid in site construction and determine the friction of pipeline. The basic principle: under a certain shear rate, the water and the liquid to be measured are flow through a certain length and diameter of the pipeline respectively, and the pressure difference between the two ends of the pipe Δp is measured, and then the drag reduction rate of the fractured liquid η is calculated.
