Overview
Using the supercritical fluid to prepare fine particles,the dusts, microspheres,microcapsules,porous materials,liposomes and other micro-materials can be processed and prepared.There are many methods for the preparation of ultrafine particles.As a new and high technology,supercritical fluid deposition can control the crystallization process more accurately,can produce small particles with very small average particle size,and can also control the size distribution of the particle size.GAS(anti-solvent method)and RESS(rapid expansion method) supercritical fine particles can be prepared by the integrated design of the device.
