HAGC-IV Supercritical CO2 Drying Device
Overview
Supercritical CO2 drying technology is a new chemical technology developed in recent years. The commonly used drying techniques, such as drying at normal temperature, baking drying and so on,often cause the material reunion in the drying process, which results in the result that the material base particles are thickened, the surface drops sharply and the pores are greatly reduced, which is extremely unfavorable to the preparation of nanomaterials and the preparation of high specific surface materials.Supercritical drying technology is drying under the critical and critical pressure conditions of the drying medium. It can avoid the shrinkage and fragmentation of the material during the drying process, thus maintaining the original structure and state of the material, preventing the agglomeration and coagulation of the primary nanoparticles, which is of great significance for the preparation of various nanomaterials.
